An answer to all questions

How can I register?

To confirm your registration, please fill out the Application Form under the Forms section and send it by fax to +39 0547 611375. We will contact you to complete your reservation.

When to register?

Unless the tournament is already sold out, you should normally register at least 30 days before its start. If you are late, you can always contact us: places may become available if someone withdraws.

Federation

Teams taking part in a tournament usually need the authorization of their Federation.

Contact person

Play Sport recognizes one contact person per club or team, who will receive all communications regarding prices and other financial aspects, tournament information, and booking confirmations.

Membership cards

Federation membership cards are required.

Loans

Loans are allowed (3 max) exclusively in the categories U17, U16, U15, and U14, with regular authorization, as stated by the FIGC.

After registration

We usually provide all information regarding the assigned accommodation 10 days before the tournament. At the same time, we will provide the recommended time of arrival, the address of the meeting point, the tournament program, and any other useful information.

Baggage and sports equipment

We recommend bringing at least 2 game jerseys.

Shoes

Metal cleats on synthetic turfs are not allowed

Clothing

In addition to everyday clothing, we recommend you bring sneakers, tracksuits, warm up balls, a list of all participants, and identification cards.

Warm up balls are not included.

Accomodation

If you would like to extend your stay, contact us and we will give you a customized quote.

Booking accommodation facilities

In choosing and booking accommodation facilities, Play Sport is always careful about the best features and services offered. All receiving structures regularly host sports groups, are close to sports facilities, and have a great value for money. Most have been working together with us for several years.

It is not possible to book accommodation directly by the receiving structure.

Prices

The prices of our offers include meals, accommodation, expenses for the tournament, referees, pitches, awards ceremonies, balls, entry to an eventual opening ceremony, staff etc...

What is not included

The price does not include transport, extra costs, tourist tax (where required) and anything else not specified in the offer.

Managers, parents, and chaperones

The price is the same as for players, except for eventual additional charges for single and/or double rooms.

Registration fee

Every team needs to pay a registration fee.

Number of participants

We recommend bringing at least 3 reserves per team.

Managers

We recommend having at least 2 managers. There is no maximum number.

Parents

Parents are always welcome.
