An answer to all questions
What do I need to do to register?
To confirm registration, fill out the form found in the documentation section and send it via email at info@play-sport.net. We will contact you to finalize your booking.
When to register?
Normally you register at least 30 days before the tournament subject to availability. If you're late, contact us as sometimes there may be space available due to cancellations even after this date.
Federation
Normally teams participating in a tournament must have authorization from their respective Federation.
Representatives
Play Sport recognizes one representative per club or team. Quotes, tournament information, booking confirmations, and financial aspects are communicated to this person.
ID Cards
Federation ID cards are required.
Loans
3 loans are allowed in Juniors, Youth and Junior categories as per FIGC regulations.
Luggage and Sports Equipment
We recommend bringing at least 2 sets of playing jerseys.
Shoes
Metal studs on synthetic fields are not allowed.
Clothing
In addition to normal daily clothes, we recommend bringing sneakers, tracksuit, warm-up balls, participant list, identification cards.
Warm-up balls are not provided.
Accommodations
If you are interested in extending your stay, contact us and we will provide you with a personalized quote.
Accommodation bookings
In choosing and booking various accommodations, Play Sport is always attentive to the best features and services. They regularly host sports groups, are at a reasonable distance from sports facilities and have an excellent quality/price ratio. Most have been working positively with us for several years.
Direct booking of accommodations is not possible.
Prices
The prices of our packages include various tournament expenses, referees, fields, awards, balls, entrance to any opening ceremony, entrance to sports fields, staff etc. in addition to chosen accommodation and meals.
What the price excludes
The price does not include transportation, extra costs, tourist tax where required and anything else not specified in the offered package.
Managers, parents and companions
The price is the same as for players except for any supplements for single and/or double rooms.
Registration fee
A registration fee is required for each team.
Number of Participants
We recommend bringing at least 3 substitutes per team.
Managers
We recommend bringing at least 2 managers, there is no maximum number.
Parents
Parents are always welcome.

After registration
Information about assigned accommodation is normally provided 10 days before the tournament, along with recommended arrival time, meeting address, tournament program and all useful information.
